As all Manos products are made to order, we have a no-cancellation and no-return policy. All sales are final. All orders are carefully checked against our quality standards before leaving our facility. Our sales team is available to address any questions or concerns when placing your order.
In the event of a warranty repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. We highly recommend an insured, trackable shipping method to warrant items. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
